Just as an update, I am using 150-200mcg per day and after some awesome initial effects... It is REALLY kicking in after 3-4 weeks. Definitely increased BMR and nutrient partitioning going on. I should have taken BF% before and after.
It seems like it took weeks for it to kick in with me also. I got hunger for the first few days, then that went away. After a few weeks I started noticing changes.
