anyone still doing DC

Alright, shoulder is almost 100% and am starting back w/DC program.
I loved hitting the gym and doing whatever I felt that day for the bodypart
I was working. For example today for chest I did barbell bench with failure
at 6th rep then straight to hammer incline with failure at about 4-5 reps.
That was one set. Couple sets of that for chest and I was done. (for chest) I love freestyling like that but time to get serious again. Any of you guys still doing the DC training?

Yep, still doing it and making astounding progress. I love this program.
 
I'm used to lifting heavy with high volume but fewer days in offseason.Seems to work.I tried DC but I must have been doing something wrong because I constantly felt overtrained and extremely sore.All my lifts started going down:(

when this starts to happen in your head, you usually cruise to refresh your brain, and change up some exercises. have you been implementing cruises??

if you kno the program well enough to do it properly and are still feeling overtrained you might want to start by doing straight sets instead of rest pause to assess your recovery ability.
