Arms on a day of their own or with Chest and Back?

The last couple weeks I have been doing a day of bis and tris alone. I also have incorporated one exercise for biceps on back day as well as close grip benches on chest days to hit the tris a little more. I then do legs in between with a day off afterwards and hit arms. Sound like a solid idea for lagging arms?
 
Sounds like a good plan to me. Another method I plan on doing for lagging arms in the future is to stop working them altogether and rely only on compound movements for stimulus. Then after 2 months, hit em hard! I might give this a go real soon.
 
your reading my diary JT.... I started doing the exact thing last week, my arms are lagging a bit as well. I do Chest on mondays then do pully curls for 3 sets and pressdowns for 3 sets that way theres plenty of time in between, then i hit them pretty hard on thursday or friday.

I'm telling you, you work biceps on back exercises. You may not need to put in a specific bicep exercise on your back day.

What does your routine look like?
 
I vary it every single week. I may go two weeks at best. The last exercises well dumbells curls with wrist facing back and then supinating on the way up and squeezing. I then did statics. I do hammers after that and then concentrations. I finish with a drop set from 45 down to the smallest dumbs I have. Usually three sets of four exercises.
 
Is this on your bicep/tricep day? No plain old barbell or EZ curls? Or is this on your back day?
 
Bicep day and yes I do easy curls about every other workout. I just about never do any workout more than one week in a row. I usually will supplement say the supination curls with ez curls or barbells it just depends on the week.
 
I like hitting arms twice a week, once by themselves. Then with another bodypart, like you said..But going lighter for more of a pump

this is the tech Im using as well. calves and arms have always lagged to I hit them a 2nd time each week with higher reps and volume.

dunno how well its working yet.
