For those of you that buy Bacteriostatic Water, there is a nationwide shortage. Ive been looking all night. Same goes for Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride. The places that have it are getting selling at 5x the normal cost for 30ml! Most places are out of stock and wont have more until 2013!
get some sterile water for injection (still cheap and available lots of places) and add 0.9% BA. now you have bacteriostatic water.
the only diff is that the sterile water is single use because it doesn't contain any BA to stop growth of bacteria after the first time the seal is broken (meant for single use)
WHY DON'T YOU CUT AND PASTE? MMX2 good idea...i thought it would make the post too big and, without attribution, it might seem like i was just saying it. anyway, from a website where bacteriostatic water, sterile water for injection, etc. are sold:
