You can't get too many, right? I mean, your body will piss out what the muscles don't use... am I right on this? So it's not like you can OD or something. It's better to have too many, than not enough?I take the plain Dymatize aminos, but I take them preWO, during, postWO and whenever I feel like it in between meals. It certainly hasn't hurt. I go through 20 - 30 a day though. I even take them when I wake up in the middle of the night in between my middle of the night snacks.
