Well in conclusion to my glutamine post, I have decided to go with what I know works....BCAA's, pre and post workout. As I have also used the glutamine before I cannot honestly say that I felt it was beneifical, however I do believe when I used bCAA's that I had quicker recovery and kept more size.
So basically I will stick with what I know works for me.
