Do you guys ever go off your A game for a few weeks due to any particular reasons?
Personally weve had a newborn so my time has been devoted to helping my wife taking care of ghe baby and our other kids and working my job. My routine is so out of whack, i only get to train 2 som6times 3 days a week and my diet has been so shit. ...more to the fact that im not eating enough not meal prepping, basically eating when ever i can 3 ti e times a day not 6.
I have dropped weight and size but i saying that i am heaps leaner.. but i only think i look good after a hard workout and im pumped as..... the lack of routine and the loss of strength and size is starting to play a number on my mind... i get angry when i miss a chance to train and depressed a little when i see my tshirts arnt as full when i walk passed a mirror.
Is this normal or what....makes me just want to blast some test and tren. .. but im not ready for my next cycle
