I’m gonna start strength training a lot more and I’ve been at a plateau with a bunch of my lifts.
Currently sitting at 220 pounds and 5’11’’
28 years old.
Want to hit 4 plates on my bench press, currently at around 340 pound area and not able to improve.
Do you think deca would work good for strength? Or should I go for equipoise?
I was thinking of doing 400 mg of either with testosterone for 12 weeks
