Best way to build up upper chest muscles?

Was wondering everybody's different opinions on the best ways of building upper chest muscles besides inclined bench press?

Honestly bro alot of guys put the incline bench at to steep of a angle an it takes the work from chest to front delts, put incline a few clicks higher than flat bench an use dumbells that way each side is working individually, also use smith machine an do guillotine press where you bring the bar down to collar bone then press back up i do these in a rest pause fashion an never lock out it keeps tension on chest muscle. Also do incline flyes an reverse cable crossovers you will build that upper chest in no time, thanks for post bro any questions hit me up

this was posted in Lottery forum, I am moving it into the proper forum

Hey Bro, thanks for that tidbit :)

Incline flies. Guillotine pressess . Peck deck. set the seat as low as it will go and place the palms of your hands on the pad. Press your palms together like a praying hands with your elbows parallel to the ground.slow and deliberate reps

The thread that finally made me join:finger:

heavy dumbell pull overs are awesome, but there is only one exercise that will get you the split you are looking for......................

Heavy flys superset into light wide grip bench press until it burns. Take the bar to the clavical and "j" it up. For a few years I never got sore on any chest movements. Do this for 3 sets for a 3-5 day sore.

On the cables pulling them from the floor position fly till your hands meet out in front of your chest then extend them up over your head. This will give you that deep V at the collar bone and hit the delt tie ins also. Squeeze really hard at the peak you will feel it. My other one as stated above that really gets me is incline DB but not where most incline presses are set 3 or 4 clicks up from flat will keep the delts out also flare the elbows wide with a wide grip and bring the bar down as close to your throat as possible. You aren't going heavy here cause you are isolating and the movement will seem strange until you get used to it. Good luck.

Sure hope thaat was a joke

That's no joke. You should try it sometime. It's easy. Bring 275 pounds on a smith machine down to your collarbone while you are on a flat bench. Then shake it violently in an up and down motion as long as you can moving the weight 10 to 12 inches. At least that's what I hope he ment by shake weight.
