I got my best chest gains (my weekest muscle group)from dumb - bell flat and declines heavy as u can stand it even if it's only 5-6 reps but everyone is different there is a lot of great advice in this thread brother
Wow this is awesome so much great advice in this thread! Thanks for everyone's opinion really is appreciated. I just really wish I knew you was joking about the shake weight before I bought one. I was getting some really strange looks at the gym when I was using it...Haha. No but seriously good job guys this helps a lot.
