I prefer food, but in the real world that I can't do 6 meals per day, all the time. When on the run w/ wife and son I will bring a shake, in case quality food will not be available. Also when going to work, I will take my meals, but also take shakes in case I get busy and can't sit down for a meal. I have always used whey isolate filtration, but was thinking about using Prescriptions nutritions pro blend, with the different proteins it might help digestion times. I know it is probably splitting hairs, but I am open to opinions. Also I know somebody who got his hands on some protein. He is selling Gaspari Myofusion packets; 200 packets for 70 dollars. Not a bad buy, that is like 190 servings or 17 lbs.
