Anyone ever dry these?

I finally did an arm workout by adding them last month. I've heard of them and being sparingly and then saw it a few months ago in one of Hany Rambods video's with Seth Force.

I had workout partner this time which was nice because we could concentrate on the negatives. It is freaking brutal, I was spent just on arm day. Two days later and I still feel a pump, not sore but like my biceps are still swelled up and engorged with blood.

This was my arm trenin' on Monday:

Biceps

10 minute warm up on elbows and pull ups and pull downs.

Front loaded with FST-7
Camber bar curl 7 x 12 (each set was to almost failure and finished each set with about 5 partials) so 12-18 reps really. After each set we kept our arms above our chest to keep blood from reaching the arms. After the 7's were done we introduced blood back by flexing, this was brutal.

Isolation curls on machine 3 x 12 (focused on the eccentric with my partner and also ended each set with about 5 partials to near failure)

Hammer Curls 3 x 12

Spider Curls with a camber bar 3 x 12

Triceps

Rope press downs 7 x 12 front loaded again.

Inclined skull crushers 3 x 12

Close grip bench 3 x 12

Dips 3 sets to failure.

Occlusion training. Ive heard of it, but I wouldn't have the balls to try it. The thought freaks me out a little

I can't imagine not doing it every few months. I remember Kuclo saying he used it for his prep at the USA's for his legs and bi's.

The pump is painful to where you imagine your skin splitting open when you're flexing and getting that blood back in.
