I've been dealing with some shoulder problems and I'm wondering about BPC. Should I be injecting this stuff straight into my shoulders? Do you think 500 mcg into my shoulder will work well or should I push it to 1 mg per day?

BPC-157 is well known to help with healing wounds, tissue repair, boosting blood flow, reducing inflammation and even relieving frequent/infrequent pain. However, you'll optimize overall body recovery by stacking with TB-500.

I like the mix of BPC and TB500. I think they go well together. I would do 1 mg every other day of each.
 
Here is how I would do this:
- 500 mcg of BPC directly into the injury
- TB500, 2-3 mg, 2-3 times a week
 
Bros, why don't you just do the KLOW peptide stack? It's already a combination of BPC, TB500, GHK, and KPV all in one. You could do 1 to 4 mg a day.
