I love how things are almost over explained to where anyone should be able to understand. Also the inner workings and reactions of everything you put into your body. I think I would have to read it many times to take it all in though there is loads of great info in there.

I bought the orginal book about 12 yrs ago, its god read, albeit kind of a chemistry lesson to boot, I also bought Author's other book, something like Chemical Muscle Enhancement. The guy knows his shit

Yes he does and I think I'm at a point with some parts where I need to use SEO to force growth. I need to study the calculations quite a bit more.
