Incredible log MM. Very motivational. In the past I have dipped my fish in salsa...very little calories, what do you think?
 
Since I use whole wheat tortillas as my main source of carbs, I like to put the fish in the tortilla with some of my vegatables. I then often use salsa (like Iron-game mentioned) inside the tortilla as well. It is easy to eat and tastes great!

But I agree, unseasoned, plain fish is pretty bad.

I have to eat it plain the EP PSL 250 eq has made me so hungry if I like the food to much ill eat triple the amount and blow my diet away no lie my cheat meal at lake lure were two all meat xxl pizzas with 17 slices each and still wanted more food

very lean super thin skin diet is very clean no seasoning at all I'm at 268 and holding bf keeps falling cardio is bumped to twice Ed 45 min am fasting and 5 pm 1 ur cardio to burn off extra carbs from cheat meal diet is
mealm1/2/3'16 oz fish and small serving brown rice
Meal 4 meal 100 g BSN ISO whey 20 g carb mix
meal 5 16 oz baked chicken and half sweet tatter
meal six casin and milk
Feel like I'm gonn grow fins and gills
 
Woke up this morning ripped look better thank ever problem is I'm stiff as a board truley can barley walk gotta get some hydrated today power aid to the rescue wow I can barley type crab claws lol
