Al you can go sub-q or IM. Water based I use a 25g IM mixed though. Be ready to eat like a horse though I can't eat enough food in a day.

sorry Al I miss your question ....If not mixing with other gear use a slin pin and just pinch your stomac bf and shoot in the pinch.....painless and it cuts down on scar tissue.....you can go intra musclar if you like
