I asked my supp vendor about this and they (Europa) doesnt even carry ephedrine. So am I forced to buy all three ingrediants seperatly? Or does anyone have a linky to a source?
Can the ECA stack be bought as one?

Rather than caffein pills, wouldnt a few cups of java do same?

ECA is a precise formula: 25/200/325
if you think you can get the caffeine to that mg by drinking coffee than try it.

I've always taken 81-162 mg's of aspirin in an ECA stack. Just curious why the higher dose? Educate me brother!

Back when I ran ECA this was always the ratio. So it's just what I did and got great results. If you google it that's pretty much the one that most people seem to go with.

Well aspirin is dirt cheap so I may as well give it a shot and see if I notice any difference. Thanks bro!
People used that ratio because it was the easiest way to purchase it in the pharmacy...thats the real reason that ratio exists...you dont need 325 aspirin, 2 baby aspirin or 162mg will work the same
1 tab sudafed
1 tab no-doze
1 tab tylenol
