Can your arms get too out of proportion?

My chest has always sucked. It seems like lately my arms and shoulders are constantly growing and its really bringing out how weak my chest is. What's worse is that my arms are huge when they are relaxed, but seem to lack bicep peak and aren't all that impressive when flexed. You guys think they can get too big without Syntherol?

Only thing i think is they can get too disproportionate to the rest of your upper body. We have a guy where i train who literally has 21in arms and no chest or back for that matter. Just looks a little funny. I remember reading and interview with branch warren a few years back and because his quads grew so much quicker than everything else, he simply stopped squatting and deadlifted only. Maybe only hit arms every now and then and focus more on chest. Have you tried hitting it 2x per week with specific goals in each session?
 
You're pretty damn thick all over so I say no. I think you'd have to grow some 25 inchers for it to look out of whack. Maybe some regular fascia stretching in that area?
