I'm coming off a keto diet and the only way I chose to do it was on an empty stomach w/ help of an EC stack ( 2 days on 2 off ).
One of the best things I could've incorporated was a little piece of advice from one of Dave Palumbo's dvd's. I walk on the treadmill @ a heart rate no higher than 135 for as long as possible...and that for me equals 2 hrs rite about now.
im getting ready for a show and i been doing mine first thing in the morning with ECA stack. but when i cant get up early enough to do it, I do cardio immediatly after my workout
