So I've always been the type that trains body parts once a week and then repeats the next week. So for example, if I don't hit something this week, I just skip it and start over next week. I'm not doing that anymore, I'm just going to do something similar to what The Dude does and make sure everything gets hit before I start the cycle over. If I can get it all done in a week so be it, if not I'll pick it up in the next week. I think this will force me to do the sessions that I tend to brush off and allow me to grow a little more.

Typically like most people I tend to skip legs. I split legs into 2 days which I love so I've basically got a 5 split. Currently I train chest/triceps, back/bis, shoulders/traps, hams/calves, quads. I'm also thinking of changing that up so to keep it mixed up. I may just wing it and do what I feel like doing on that particular day. If it is chest and traps, so be it.

I know some have said doing legs prior to your lagging parts helps make gains since you're gh levels are elevated from doing the legs prior. Anyone actually have success with doing this?

I think doing legs prior to a lagging body part is an Awful idea and would take away from the lagging parts exercise. I also don't believe the elevation in hgh from legs is anything near what would actually be beneficial for anyone.

I agree with presser I would do the lagging body parts first..cuz I tell u when im done with legs im physical drained and sometimes feel sick..I like to do biceps with legs little muscle group and can still hit em hard..do u have any info on that GH theory I would be interested to read

P.s I never skip legs unless ive got an injury..I love to hate legs..but I know u carry a permanent injury so it might be different for u..some times it can be a chore when u are in pain
