cheese for your fats?

Never eaten much cheese most of my fats come from evoo, fish oil, cashews or almonds, last night i grabbed a small brick of smoked gruyere cheese and holy shit that stuff was awesome. 9g's of fat per serving little too much saturated fat :( but it was delish i know its not the healthiest thing in the world but i figure throwing it in a meal a day wouldnt hurt me.
 
I could live off cheese bro, and Gruyere cheese is awesome for sure. Cheese is a vice, but I believe Abe Lincoln said it best, "It has been my experience that folks who have no vices have very few virtues."
 
im a straight sucker for cheese man... i LOVE sharp cheeder cheese, i can bathe in that shit lol

my problem is i end up eating the whole freakin block of it :-)
 
I buy the part-skim mozzarella string cheeses and put one in my egg whites at night (or grab one for a little snack). Most of them are between 50-80 cal, 2-3.5g fat and 5-8g protein depending on which brand I buy.
 
I fuckin love cheese! However, I wouldn't necessarily include it as one of my main fat sources. I really don't see much of a problem with it though. Saturated fat aint bad at all, so long as it's not consumed in the presence of refined carbohydrates. Come to think of it, fuck it, I'm gonna diet with a decent amount of cheese in my diet to prove the point :D
