I used it precontest, but hated it. It makes me overly shakey and I burn out in about a minute. I only used it for morning cardio. Can't use it before a workout or I gas out just warming up and tremble all to hell. Personally I love ECA as well. I get the Walgreen's generic "asthma relief". It's the HCL and 12.5mg per pill. 60 pills for $9. Clen is pretty harsh IMO.
 
I used to be able to stand clen. Last batch i got was probably overdosed because it gave me terrible shakes ans i had horrible horrible clen cramps from it at only 40mcg. When usually I can take up to 120 working my way up no problem
 
i used 80 mcgs this morning and feel it real good now after cardio i just finish 50 min. I have 40mcg tabs tomorrow i will up it to 120. we shall see.. . jenn i may just have to be a pussy as u say. that 200mcg would be a mfkr! LOL
 
Clen does absolutely nothing for me energywise, it just make me hot and shaky and wide awake. I do go up to 200mcgs but it takes some time to get that high. I remember when I looked at my sheet from my trainer with the 200mcgs, I thought WTF which hospital is nearest?

Jenn, when you took 200mcgs was that all inone dose or broken up at times during day? I am up to 120mcgs and feel okay, i mean shaky YES, hot YES, wired for a long time, then sleepy as hell later. So, i was curious if you took at diff times in the day. Of course if I took close to evenin Id never sleep. I barely do now anyway with tren / clen in cycle. Im taking Melatonin helps some but still wake up hot as fuck severeal times, and to piss of course!

It was broken up into am and early afternoon doses. I feel you on the tren/clen combo and no sleeping. I think the last 4 weeks for me I try to sleep but usually only get about 4 hours a night. Plus I get anxiety from that combo in addition to all the other crap I take at that time. Always cracks me up in hotel up leading up to the show and I know it is important to sleep, but who can??? Not me, too excited, then usually after prejudging I pass out and have to set an alarm. :) What show r u doin so I can look for pics of you?
 
Take potassium and taurine to help with cramping if that happens again. Happens to me every time, have to bump the dose down a touch and then go up slower. Getting cramps at the gym during a set is scary shit, always keep taurine and potassium on me at all times and always take before training anyways just to be safe.
