alright everyone!
I am competing in light weight bodybuilding on Nov 2, 2005. My trainer (a good friend) is dieting me down for this event. According to my fat % she says i will only need about 12-13 weeks!
because i have never competed in light weight bodybuilding I have some anxiety about the whole strict dieting. My friend competes at a national level and has always came in first or second place. I know that the diet is all mental and it takes a lot of concentration, perseverence and commitment.
Ill be starting my strict comp dieting in a few weeks, does anyone have any pointers or suggestions that will help me keep myself sane during comp dieting?
By the way im a full time senior nursing student this may make it harder?
thanks everyone i will appreciate any advice and feedback!!!!
