I was 185 this morning. That’s 5 pounds lighter than the last set of pics. Still some fat around the waist, but I have time. My posing needs work. I’ve been tiring easily. My wife Anna even said, “we need to be doing this weekly, now.” Love her, she puts me through the mandatories like a drill sergeant. I need to remember to pose my Legs, etc. 10.5 weeks out!

I thought I had the start of a head cold but was actually going hypoglycemic. I've been a paramedic for over 28 years and was so confused at the time, I didn't pick up on all the signs & symptoms I was experiencing. I've been taking in clean Carbs with every meal since and started to feel better this morning.

I was back in the gym on Tuesday. I had a solid Chest & Delts workout. I took yesterday off and plan to do Back today. I’m back on the diet, though I’m taking in Carbs with every meal now. I’ll be a little more methodical with my approach going forward. I was following the same prep plan from 15 years ago and my body composition and endocrine system are a lot different now at 57 y/o.

I did Back today, staring off with Deadlifts for 5 sets, not too heavy.
Seated row machine for 5 heavy sets.
Reverse grip pulldowns for 5 sets.
Bent over DB rows for Rear Delts and finished with 60 mins of Cardio. No plate carrier today.
 
I did Legs today.
I started with Calf Raises, one of my weak areas and then warmed up with 8 sets on the Leg Press. I then smoked my Quads with deep Squats in the Smith Machine.
My wife dragged me to the driving range to kill some golf balls after. She has a big tournament tomorrow for her work. We’re both hacks, but enjoy getting out there together. She likes to give me shit when I’m in the woods looking for my ball.

that is a cool thing you both share a hobby like that. @ChuckaZulu67 i used to be into golf. but i went away from it as the cost of the hobby was outrageous

i would go heavy on calves. we already work our calves a lot just going up stairs or walking. so going super heavy for a couple sets will help @ChuckaZulu67
