creatine? are they all the same?

I was wondering if you notice anything different from different brands of creatine?

do you use a blend? or just plain old Mono?


id like to find a creatine that will bloat me with as much water as possible

My favorite all time was Phosphagen HP and it engorged my muscles with water and i loved it! Now I just use whatever the gym sells, lol.

the only thing so far i have found different is that some brands give me stomach cramps... and all creatine makes me feel funny in the head as soon as i take it.. almost like a slight headache and slight dizzyness... but it passess when i get to the gym

PN sells creapure and creatine HCL...creatine hcl is quickly becoming my new favorite, but ive always used mono or gluconate...feel more energy and better recovery between sets when using hcl compared to mono

I recently purchased the hcl from PN. I have liked to recovery while taking it. I think I will stick with it over the monohydrate.

I quit using creatine for about a year and started against with PN HCL and it is amazing. Will never stop using it and its cheap. Only bad thing is that it is really tart.

And by the way, I have been using PN's gluconate exclusively since they released it and prior to that was a similar creatine
