recently lost about 75 pounds went from 260 pounds to under 200
I’m now around 13% body fat but I would like to cut more
I’ve never in my life been under 10% but I’m hoping that sarms can help me push to that level.
Bin combining a lot of fasting with cardio together and it’s been working well for me. Which sarms can I add to my fasted cardio to push me to the next level?
