i agree i see cycles on sites for guys under 200pounds using 3-4x times the amount i use. i do try to stay on the light side thought, but shit if your gona use at least you damn well should look like it.
 
That's why Presser is always hounding people for pics!!! J/K I have to say, eating enough for me to gain is a fulltime job. I've been off work for 4 weeks and starting my cycle 2 weeks ago. 975mg of Sustaplex a week along with 200mg of cyp, 400mg Deca and 70mcg of IGF and I haven't gained more than a pound or two. I'm also taking Aqua-Dex, but I've been off work for 4 weeks and doing nothing but eating and waiting for the gym and haven't noticed much at all. I know its only 2 weeks.... well 2 and a half.


damn! with that much you should notice alot more in 2 weeks. Keep us posted please!
 
I agree nuk, been thinking about that a lot lately. I see guys posting insane dosage and the pictures scare me and im thinking geez whats going on here? But it is the internet and I guess people are living out fantasies behind the keyboards.

Ill add my two cents. Diet and stupidity. Most people do no research and eat like garbage simple as that. I would also say that genetically we are all different. There are guys out there who can gain like me on 500mgs of test naturally.

Fortunately I write all my weights and stats down, my memory is terrible. I'm actually up 7lbs. After the injury and then getting sick too. I'm pretty pleased.
 
7lbs in two weeks, and not being able to give it 110%... that's pretty good, I'd think, Dude!!

I think its mostly rebound. I had the tricep injury on 5/6 that I took a little time off for, some light workouts, then the knee on 5/26. My weight was down last Dr's appt so its hard to tell what is from what. I'm getting pretty strong again.
 
I hear ya bro, I am not saying I am anywhere NEAR what You are Nuk or Presser or OTHERS.. but I have a LOT of experience, and A LOT of knowledge.. the reason why MY PICS don't MATCH my EXPERIENCE because in the middle of everything I was creamed by a FRIGGEN Chevy 2500HD whilst I was on my motorcycle and had a lengthy recovery and got FAT .. but I STILL HAD MY LIFE, and when I was HEALED.. My drive came back..

SO NOW, I am trying to reclaim what I used to be.. but.. all things considered.. hahaha I aint no 6ft 160lbs.. I am 6ft 240lbs... yah carrying a little MORE FAT than I want to be.. but then again. right now, I am not doing an INSANE Cycle.. just a Simple 787.50mgs per wk of the SUS450 + 250mgs per wk of TEST E + 600mgs/wk of EQ + 60mgs/day of TBOL .. AND I have only been on for 3 wks so NOTHING really has kicked in fully (just started the TBOL yesterday) .. but.. I don't LIE about who I am.. yes I have an extensive knowledge base of AAS.. (it's kinda my job) ... but I also know how to eat properly.. I know how to train.. and GIVEN Time (i don't expect results overnight) I will reach my goal...

I think sometimes when people post up their cycle experience.. some might not be lying, they may have been running underdosed gear.. and not even knowing it... so someone who has say 5 cycles under their belt and they are slamming 1500mgs of Test and only really getting 500mgs of real test.. WELL. that would explain WHY results don't match dosing...

I dunno.. hahaha YA'LL Wait til October... You guys are Gonna see a THE DEUCE the world has NEVER SEEN BEFORE.. I promise you that !!

Shit, been around this shit since juice was legal. Nuknuk hit the nail on the head. The only thing he left out was everyone USED to
bench 300 lbs. "I was huge and I benched 300 lbs for reps" - I cant even remember how many times I heard that one. There is
a guy at the gym for probably the last year at least. He says he worked out with ARNOLD in LA when Arnold was competing.
I think he looks worse now then when he started at our gym. Still havent seen him do a real workout. I think one of the
reasons is guys will work out for a little while and then the years go by and each year they keep getting bigger in their memory.

while there does seem to be alot of fakes on boards, it cant all be blamed on that.

not every guy is a nuk or a presser though. ya'll may not think your genetics are great, but they are far above avg. i can do exactly what ya'll do, and not get half the results.

Wow this one of the coolest threads I've seen all year. Press, it's nice to hear your the slightest bit critical ;)

But I disagre with the rep philosphy: I think reps should look the part of at least a well-trained lifter. Saud would be a perfecct example; He's lean, dedicated, and knowedgable. He's not exactly a big BBr but he doesn't claim to be one and from what I understand, he does this as a hobby strictly. Chris and Presss reresent the other end: massive and either compete or did compete. It's cool to have that sort of balance.

There are others that make me wonder though...
 
well there was alot of good points made. And I believe it has to come down to two things.

1. Gear is either bunk, very low grade, or way under dosed.

2. Some people just dont responed well at all.

I would be willing to bet most cases are a combo of both.

i agree nuk.... my first cycle.... 165-185 (organon sust amps), my 2nd 180-205 (axio sust, best cycle too), my 3rd 190-208, and currently about 200. It just doesnt seem im gaining good anymore weight wise. Maybe i need to up the dose big time.... I just want to break 220 someday, and i dont care how much gear i have to take (to a certain extent)

I can tell you what made a huge impact for me. IGF and an absurd amount of food. I mean burgers, pizza, everything. The IGF kept me lean and I got from 218 to 260 in about a year. I'm now 255 and about as lean as I was at. 218.

wow, thats good gains for sure! Im gonna have to start eating everything in sight
