Looking for some advice if possible. I've been training my ass off for almost two years now. Have been over 400lbs twice in my life and battled down to 300 and this time around I'm sitting at 340. I've done two cycles with good results. I'm just about due to tapper of my current cycle which I'm now taking 100ml of prop 3 times a week, anavar and 3 iu of gh. All real pharm products. Anyhow I'm looking at starting some cytomel and have a cycle plan for in. Start at .25 and work up to 1 and then back down to .25. Just looking for any advice from some people with experience with this similar cycle. Looking to get lean a little faster but safely. Diet consists of 5000 clean cal with about 500 grams protein. Made for me by my trainer. Thanks
 
Also looking do drop some lbs. I've only lost about 25lbs on the scale in 2 years but my body has transformed greatly. Really want to get down to 300. Phychologically it's getting really old not seeing the number go down. I know I'm changing but I really want to drop some fat mass. The whole goal from day one with my trainer has been to pack on as much lean mass as possible and then the fat will burn fueling the lean mass, I understand that it's a long slow process which will last a lifetime but it's frustrating.
 
Your caloric intake seems high for weight loss. I suggest lower calories more cardio with T-3 thrown in and I like to use R-ALA with it. Fat will drop off.

Agreed cals should be much lower say 2800--3100 to much protein also maby 350 g ed bro what are ur cardio and workouts looking like?
 
cardio and training 5 days a week. When my trainer built my meal plan he calculated that to maintain current body weight I would need 4400cal a day. Remember my main goal is to stack on huge amounts of lean mass and that is happening. I'd estimate that I've lost 50-60+ pounds of fat in the last couple years and added 25-30 lean mass. You can't do that on 2800-3100cal. I'm losing fat and gain lean mass at almost the exact same rate. Success but frustrating at the same time. Any advice about cytomel with my current gear set up? I have no concerns about my diet and have 100% faith in who built it. He does this for a living and trains world class competitors.
 
As I understand it, the body produces 25mcg of T3 and it stops production when external T3 is added. I would start with 50mcg for a week or so and see how your body reacts to it. Then bump it up by 50mcg and see how your body reacts. Going higher than 100mcg does not really get you much gain for the increased sides you do get. When you stop using the T3, the body quickly resumes making it again - a few days is what I have read.
 
Awesome man thanks. I started today at 25mcg, going to increase 25mcg every 5 days to 100mcg for 7 days and then tapper back down. Ill post results in 35 days.

good luck daddio and remember that Taper process with t3 is very important if you don't wanna ruin your thyroid for good, and I'm with the others in your calories are too high, but if your truly losing that much fat then your doing something right, but you did NOT add 25-30lbs of lean muscle mass in just 2 years, especially if you've been dieting and lost that much fat,

I would just worry about shedding the fat and not worry about adding muscle at this point,
 
Exactly what presser said, focus on fat reduction before adding muscle. You can lift weights obviously, but not with a caloric surplus. How tall are you?
 
I started a t3/clen stack about a month ago and it's going ok. Like you I'm also consuming extra calories to build muscle,but I don't have as much to lose as you( no offense). I also don't do any cardio but it seems to be chipping away at the extra bit of belly fat I can't shake. It could also be attributed to the MC IGF I was taking for the last few months. Anyway, I started with 25mcg for 7 days and double the dosage each week until I got to 100. I'm currently at the 100 mark and I'm staying there for 2 weeks total then back down the same way. I'm doing the clen 2 weeks on 2 off. My plan is to run the clen past the the cessation of t3 to keep my metabolism firing strong.
 
If you do a search on T3 .. i've posted a decent amount on it and there are some good articles on it.. but i'll copy/paste for some basics.. run it strong...

T3 Dosage for males using an 8 week diamond taper up/down:

25mcgs in the am per day for 7 days (week 1)
50mcgs (25mcgs when u wake up, 25mcgs 4hrs later) per day for 7 days (week 2)
75mcgs (50mcgs when u wake up, 25mcgs 4hrs later) per day for 7 days (week 3)
100mcgs (50mcgs when u wake up, 50mcgs 4hrs later) per day for 14days (weeks 4/5)
75mcgs (repeat week 3)
50mcgs (repeat week 2)
25mcgs (repeat week 1)

on other option is to do the above, except extend it to 9-10 weeks as follows
weeks 1 - 8 same as above
weeks 9/10 12.5mcgs then stop

i've done both.... I've also been a little more aggressive and done 50/75/100/125/125/100/75/50/12.5/12.5

and had great results.

one test i HAD done and would not suggest was 150mcg's for 6 weeks cold turkey off. I had no negative side effects, but I don't think it was the smartest thing I've ever done.

and someone on another board suggested adding:

IGF-1 lr3 at 50mcgs daily for 8 weeks with the t3. to the 8 week standard diamond taper.

and i believe presser suggests adding MC's IGF for all 8 weeks...
 
Thanks for the input. I'm 6ft tall. Turning 35 and have worked physically hard most of my life. 11 years on an Oil rig in Alberta and now I contract to oil companies as the on site rep. Kinda like a field engineer but learned from experience not school. Anyhow what got me was hard physical labour for ever with poor eating habits always on the road and then office type job with same eating habits. Put on weight hard and fast. Best I've ever been was 270lbs. My goal is 250. I know I've for sure added a decent amount of lean mass not sure how much. I'd guessed 25-30 but maybe its not that high. I know my clothes fit drastically different and I've done 2 cycles of test and been on pharma growth pretty much the whole time. I am getting a new diet tomorrow and trying a new coach to shake things up. This is working but maybe it'll get better. I'm down 3 pounds in 3 days at 25mcg. I may stick with that dose for an extended period. Damn does it make you tired though! Tired and hungry.
 
I don't think it is supposed to make you tired Although, I have been pretty damn tired the last couple weeks though. I would at least ramp it up a little bit. Just make sure to bring it back down slowly as well. The growth over a longer period of time will transform your body.

ABSOLUTELY.... tired!! .. damn fuckin' right... anyone who argues .. has either had 2 things wrong ... either 1) shitty product... or 2) too many carbs in their diet... seriously... t3 kills your alertness when it comes to diet... if your new coach knows you're on t3 then they should adjust your diet accordingly...

When on t3, .... seriously... carbs put me in a state of "narcoleptic sleep" ... depending on what i was doing... if you have ANY carbs.. especially on a carb restricted diet.. you WILL pass the FUCK out while on t3... period... if i'm wrong.. then all those who have been there.. tell me...
