haha. Just got the new coach yesterday. Start new diet Monday. I like doing as much research and getting as much knowledge about what I'm doing and taking as possible. Still very new to the BB world and really don't want to do something stupid and damage my body permanently. I appreciate all the input and advice I can get. After all we all here to help each other out. Some of you clearly have great physique's and have been at this for years. I don't want one encyclopedia, I want the whole set!
