Delt Injection..

Your hair follicle sit in a pore so to speak. Next to it is a oil pore. When the oil pore gets infected from bacteria seeping inside of the pore a pimple forms. This usually takes 2 weeks to form. There are all akinds of myths about acne, you get it from eating chocolate, LOL. You get it from eating oily food, nope not true either. You get it when the bacteria forms in the pocket, which causes the infection plain and simple. No other reason, you wanna get rid of the probelm wash your face with benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) and more and you will overdry your skin causing complications. This will clean out the pore and kill the bacteria eliminating the pimple.

What else can we clear up for ya?

This thread turned out very interesting. Back to the original question though, if you are only average size (for a bb'er), I'd probably only want to inject 2cc max, right? Only when you have a bigger muscle, then it can handle more seems to be what everyone is saying. I guess that makes sense since glutes can handle 3cc without too much of a problem.
 
The most I've injected into my delts is 1.5cc in each. Any more than that and I don't think I'd be able to move them. I have enough trouble already trying to reach anywhere behind me. If you have 3cc's to inject on that day just split it up between each delt.
 
I think you're delts are big enough that they can handle 1.5 or 2 but try 1.5 and see how you handle it and then move up... which brings me to ask are you only shooting delts are are delts one of the many sites you're rotating?
 
I'm just looking to rotate sites because I've injected my glutes for five years and only begun injecting my quads this year. I don't want to overuse my quads like I did my glutes. I typically inject 2cc for my HRT shot, and I like getting it done all at once--I'd rather not split it up.

Be careful with quads. Too many nerves there and you can easily hit one and have a muscle colapse for a long time - 1year+. I've seen it happen to countless people myself included.

Delts, outer biceps and triceps are the easiest placest to inject. Very painless.
 
Delts are my favorite, although I can only get my left one because Im right handed. I like sticking my left quad too, never had any problems there. Quads, delts, and glutes are all I care to mess with. The guy on spotinjection.com that is going STRAIGHT down in his trap has balls the size of Texas.

Most of the shots on spotinjections are done incorrectly.
 
Really? Which ones do you think are correct or at least close to correct? I've been shown how to do the glutes by my doctor so I know I'm doing those right. I haven't had any trouble with my quads, though it would be good to know if I'm doing it right. Maybe someone could take photos of someone doing injects correctly.

that's a great idea and we can make them a Sticky for beginners and even for more experienced users who are shooting a new muscle for the first time.
 
Ihave to got hrough all of them to see, but from memory, the bicep shots were totally rong. The angle was wrond as was the location which was right into the separation between the two heads, instead of being inside a head.
