delt injections?????

can anyone show me or explain to me esactly where to shoot into my delts..i went on the spot injection website..buts its still no clear to me...can i get some feedback from all u knowledgeable people......

I shot on my delts all the time in the center and middle of the delt muscle with a 25g 5/8 needle.

You inject into the center of the Lateral Deltoid. I dont know what else your looking for.

I just find a nice meaty spot in my middle-front delt.

I will say, these have become my favorite spot, NEVER had a problem with them.

Try this link. Much better than spotinjections dot com if you ask me. It shows where a health professional would inject you. Never heard of a doctor or nurse injecting intramuscular in the chest or trap muscle!

I like these as well and only had a bleeder pnce, not too bad....

I like delts as well but I seem to build up scar tissue fairly quickly..
