I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to improve my diet.
I dont think i get enough calories a day.
For example today I had
Breakfast : Instant Breakfast Shake
Lunch: (1) Boneless Chicken/ 1/2 cup Salad/ Babybell Cheese and Limeade
Dinner- 6' cold cut trio sub on hearty italien bread and apple juice.
I feel full but i am not sure if i am getting enough calories. It seems like it would be a very low amount.

I am a very very very picky eater.
I dont usually eat alot for breakfast cause it makes me feel sick if i do.
Any information would be useful
Any suggestions on a bread thats kind of like white bread that i could eat??
I really love white bread but i heard it is really really bad for me.
I do not like seeds or anything on my bread but i am looking for a healthier alternative.
