Lasix is the worst possible choice in diuretics. Not only is it extremely dangerous, but the rebound after its use is stopped is terible and extremely hard on your internal organs. Aldactone and Diazide are probaly the best (and safest) choices. I stacked fairly high doses of both these diuretics for 4 days getting ready for my last show, and was extremely happy with the results. I was shredded, and extremely vascular, and other than the normal side effect after I stopped their use (water retention, swolen ankles, and dehidration), I experienced absolutely no serious problems what-so-ever.
