Do y'all just alternate glute injections?

For Injecting test e 200mg twice a week, Do y'all just alternate glutes or pin thighs and arms also?

I like pinning thighs just preference. But yea you don't need to keep rotating since they have such a long time in between injections

For twice a week pinning rotating glutes is plenty especially if you use a smaller gauge like a 25g.

i think the more sites the better to alternate, less chance of scar tissue if you only hit a spot once every 3-4 weeks

I do around 2.5cc EOD right now, alternating glutes and 1" and 1.5" needles. The muscles are three dimensional, so depth is also a variable.

Just be careful that you pin in the upper quadrant of your glutes. I had to move to delts and tricepts after my glutes accumulated too much scar tissue.

Flutes are fine for that. That's all I use normally, I am getting some clicking going from the scar tissue so I'm gonna incorporate Delta this cycle as well.

I prefer to use as many sites as possible to keep scar tissue to a minimum. Easy to do in your case. Try pinning ED, that gets tough.

There is a nice pin spot right below the hips. If you take your finger and place it on your hip bone and then go down about 2" you will find it. I don't know what that little muscle is called, but it is an option.

I've done this spot before-painless and can hold something like 5cc

won't do it again-imagine if you got an abscess there and it got into your hip??? you could be looking at a hip replacement or possible amputate
