It depends Stickler. If he put in his office files only, not the paperwork that shows the diagnosis and stuff for the insurance company, you're okay. Except if the insurance company, for some strange reason, wants to see his office records, you may be fukked. Next time you visit him, express your concern and your wish that he remove that from your records altogether.
I was all for telling my doc what I was doing all the time. He did blood work for me every 6 months and I thought everthing was cool. But I happened to take some yohimbee one day and was allergic to it. to make a long story short I wound up in the emergency room. When I looked at my medical file it was about 3 inches thick. They had every drug I have ever done in there and put me down as a acomplise to several other overdoses. Every page was full of some drug information or a drug they had found in my blood. Over 400 pages of the stuff. So it is mt recamendation that you deny steriod abuse to all docs and never tell them shit uless your life is truly in danger.
