Drop sets?

Who uses drop sets regularly in their workouts? I love them. If I do three movements for a body part, I usually warm up a few sets on the first movement. Then do 2 heavy sets, and finish with a drop set. Then on the next movement just do one heavy set and a drop set. Third movement same as second. Been getting some great pumps, and seems like I'm making some good gains. I use them on quite a few movements too. Anyone else love drop sets?
 
Not so much any more. I like to do them on occasion when BB Bench Pressing and Military Pressing.
 
i usually will add one or two with every workout. Sometimes on certain supps, the pumps are almost unbearable
