I'm reading more and more and ketosis diets and such, and plan on trying it out here pretty soon. There was this Dr. Dipasquale on No Bull Radio this past week that talked about basically going on a high protein/fat or keto diet Mon. - Fri. and taking advantage of the insulin sensitivity by carb loading on the weekend. It sounded pretty damn promising.
Otherwise, I would just eat a ton of clean nutrient dense food. I would go with nothing but ground beef, steak, fish, and eggs for protein. Then brown rice and oatmeal for carbs. I'd keep a combination of flax and fish oils at a reasonably high amount since the brown rice or oatmeal won't ever spike your insulin. I would guess about 8 meals a day.
