Eating Clean and Getting Bigger

I'm reading more and more and ketosis diets and such, and plan on trying it out here pretty soon. There was this Dr. Dipasquale on No Bull Radio this past week that talked about basically going on a high protein/fat or keto diet Mon. - Fri. and taking advantage of the insulin sensitivity by carb loading on the weekend. It sounded pretty damn promising.
Otherwise, I would just eat a ton of clean nutrient dense food. I would go with nothing but ground beef, steak, fish, and eggs for protein. Then brown rice and oatmeal for carbs. I'd keep a combination of flax and fish oils at a reasonably high amount since the brown rice or oatmeal won't ever spike your insulin. I would guess about 8 meals a day.

My last trainer was doing this for shows plus wanting all of to do it. Well it was miserable to say the least and I couldn't function on it. Let me know how you do. My carbs were down under a 100gm per day couldn't lift hardly at all knew I would crash so I left him.

It's my understanding that you can get bigger while eating clean while using HGH. Of course you can eat dirty and gain using HGH, but IMO, you would get better quality gains eating clean.

Well the thing is you can get away eating somewhat dirty and still remain pretty damn lean while on hgh.

I need some suggestions from a few of you guys, any of the Pro Bodybuilders out there please chime in as well...

I know its very hard to do it this way, but who knows a distinct way to get bigger while eating clean at the same time, what types of diets are you guys on , and please understand that I do understand it makes more sense to bulk eating everything, then cut, but I wanna throw some professional options out there to some friends.

I personally have to eat filthy to get bigger, so I can't say I have the best advice here...

Any help?
I think it's possible, actually it's what I did in my first 2 cycles. But you have to make a distinction between eating clean, and a caloric deficit diet. Obviously you should definitely not attempt to cut fat and gain muscles at the same time... However if you already have a low bodyfat, it's very possible to gain mass while keeping the bf under control.

The only way I know for keeping my bf low is to avoid high glycemic index foods. So it's what I did as I kept the macronutrients ratio the same but I bumped the total amounts of food and calories consumed. The downfalls are that you need to cut a lot of carbs which would be useful in protein sythesis and also it makes the strength gains harder to come by. I gained about 15lbs in 12 weeks.

That's if you have enough HGH to last you for a long time at a pretty good dosage, right?

Well I've only taken it for 15 weeks at 4-5iu ed. But after several weeks there is definitely a fat burning effect. But then again, my diet wasn't bad at all.

Definitely worked for me last year with the tren/test/gh/clean diet. Didn't do the insulin but I got good results.
