so how often and at what dosage would be a good starting point and would a progressive increase be warranted? how long would one take igf-1, even after benefits were noticeable? i haven't tried it yet, because cost as well as length of use being a factor. te reviews i've seen about it have been great.
i'm talking in a therapeutic manner of use here and not for workout regimen.
on that note though, what would be good doses for workouts as well.
