elbows/biceps locking up?

everytime i work out my back and biceps together. or just a really good back workout when im done whenever i bend my arm it like cramps. very painful...so basically i cant bend my arm otherwise the muscle like tries to pull it closer... hard to explain.. lol i can deal with it but whats its from and what does it mean
 
Could be dehydration. You on winstrol or anything to cut? Could be something drying you out.

gotta stretch them out really well this happens to me some times after biceps I will eat and as I bring the fork to my mouth the bicep pulls it up the rest of way
 
hahaha seriously!! and right now im just finishing up a tbol/igf cycle. on my 3rd day of clomid. but this elbow/bicep things has been happening way before i even started this. so metal is this bad for my biceps?
 
no its not bad U are either not used to the weight or intensity and your lactic acid levels are higher then normal and causing the cramps, drink water between sets, and just more in general and stretch good b4 workout and during if needed, also rub your biceps while in between sets to get the accumulation of lactic acid pushed outwards, id say some stretches but to explain them would be like a novel if i put into words
