wow. what was that exercise he was doing with the barbell on the squat rack. That was a new one. lol
Dam, he is strong. He may not be much but Im sure he is all he thinks about. lol
I'm surprised that weight didn't break his femur, lol, that's great. I like when he throws the pad for the squat bar, and you wonder why people get injured in the gym.
And he almost threw us a Bicep pose but, remembered he didn't have any... Lol
ok I wonder how long it took to put that many plates on his thighs and I like how they say that's it all the way down, now to the curls how the hell did he not tear a bicep or knock himself out, lets not forget the "presser" style shorts he is wearing
