Monday I do legs, and mine have been so sore from this weeks workout, that my whole body aches. Like Im sick feeling. Just hope my legs grow. Also been training my butt on leg day, and damn it is sore as hell too.

Think of all the muscles you have to activate while training legs for stabilization or maximal force. my forearms are sore from training legs because i squeeze the handles of the leg press and extensions machines so hard, which also causes my chest to be sore...
