What excuses have you used for limping around for days or just a day or two from pain from a painful shot in the quad or glute? Or the worst one yet, when it's a painful glute shot and you have trouble sitting!
I've said:
-sore from leg workout yesterday
-hurt myself getting rough playing tag football
-since I play football, just a "rough practice"
-one time when it was real bad and I knew it was going to last I said I dislocated my kneecap in a workout
Lusckily since we're people who are active, we cave plenty that we can go with.
Any one have any real creative one's?
