Fat loss power of GW50 What it is: GW501516 (GW1516 or GSK-516)is a drug that acts as a PPARδ modulator. GW 501516 activates AMP-activated protein kinase and stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue, and GW 501516 has been demonstrated to reverse metabolic abnormalities in obese men with pre-diabetic metabolic syndrome, most likely by stimulating fatty acid oxidation. It has been proposed as a potential treatment for obesity and related conditions, especially when used in conjunction with a synergistic compound AICAR, as the combination has been shown to significantly increase exercise endurance in animal studies.
IGF-1 Lr3 combined with Cardarine makes for a lean hard shredded look with fully muscle bellies. The addition of the insulin-like growth factor-lr3 will help add quality lean muscle gains, permanent muscle gains.
How it works: GW501516 is a selective agonist (activator) of the PPARδ receptor. It displays high affinity (Ki = 1 nM) and potency (EC50 = 1 nM) for PPARδ with > 1000 fold selectivity over PPARα and PPARγ.
Usage: There are two main uses with GW-501516. The first and most common use is that of increased endurance. GW has been banned for professional athletes due to the unfair advantage it provides to endurance athletes. Anyone want a drastic increase in endurance will find that GW truly shines in this aspect. It takes effect very quickly and the results can be staggering. A common dose of 10 mg day will provide a significant increase in endurance. The second common usage with GW is that of fat loss. Many users turn to GW as it has shown to melt off fat while still being non-catabolic. You will find that you can still hold on to some muscle as you are losing fat. It helps when you are running it in conjunction with SARMS Ostarine and S4, to hold on to as much muscle as possible. A dosage of 10 mg a day will provide good amounts of fat loss, but an increase to 20 mg a day will provide much more in this area. GW 501516 can be ran in 8 week cycles, but as with any other steroid or supplement, it should be cycled properly to avoid any possible side effects and the keep it as effective as possible.
Side effects There are constant debates and many studies arguing the potential side effects for a user. There are studies showing that GW has caused cancer in rats while other studies refute it. There is not enough data to validate this substantial of a claim. GW has shown to have little to no side effects. There is no suppression, no toxicity and no other common side effects. The studies that were done were over very long periods of time and not at a dosage that a human would run. GW is a favorite among many.
Summary: GW 501516 is extremely popular and is extremely effective. The effects it has on increased endurance and fat loss have been staggering. The recommended dosage for GW is 10-20 mg and for 8 weeks length. GW has shown to have drastic effects and little to no side effects. It is a favorite amongst many users and offers several great benefits.
Extra: In 2013 New Scientist reported that "tests on rats showed that at all doses, the drug rapidly causes cancers in a multitude of organs, including the liver, bladder, stomach, skin, thyroid, tongue, testes, ovaries and womb."[4] In 2013 WADA took the rare step of warning potential users of the compound of the possible health risks. They stated "clinical approval has not, and will not be given for this substance".[2][24]
This gene encodes a member of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) family. PPARs are nuclear hormone receptors that bind peroxisome proliferators and control the size and number of peroxisomes produced by cells. PPARs mediate a variety of biological processes, and may be involved in the development of several chronic diseases, including diabetes, obesity, atherosclerosis, and cancer. This protein is a potent inhibitor of ligand-induced transcription activity of PPAR alpha and PPAR gamma. It may function as an integrator of transcription repression and nuclear receptor signaling. The expression of this gene is found to be elevated in colorectal cancer cells. The elevated expression can be repressed by adenomatosis polyposis coli (APC), a tumor suppressor protein related to APC/beta-catenin signaling pathway. Knockout studies in mice suggested the role of this protein in myelination of the corpus callosum, lipid metabolism, and epidermal cell proliferation. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2010]
Causes cancer.... That has been said about AAS & GH for years yet GH is use on cancer patients. To me it's all a lie. The same medical books state Testosterone doesn't improve athletic performance. Yet OTC test booster do wtf.
I want to state I am no doctor, nor chemist. My opinions are based solely on my own research & do NOT reflect Muscle Chemistry. I'm not saying to take anything, users take the risk if they desire. These drugs are very new and side effects went unseen. Mice are a lot smaller & 5mg+ is HUGE for a mouse in comparison to the average 150 lb male. Yes, female can use this drug w/o virility. They have approved human tests even after the cancer write up which you'd think would scrub the whole 'in vivo' so either WADA is running a scare tactic bc this stuff can solve obesity, high cholesterol & other disease perhaps diabetes. Causing millions upon millions of $$$ lost on a drug you can buy easily off research companies or there is credible clinicals that have not been disclosed. The 2013 article showed 'some' rats got cancer. These rats also were genetically altered to have metabolic deficiencies and induced diabetes... I believe in variables, who to say the genetic altering wasn't the cause? IDK... Just my $0.02.
If anyone comes across anything in favour or apposed to GW50's cancer causing effects please post it.
