glutes 22 g 1" just bc there easier to purchase here locally id prefer 1.5 25g but it really doesnt make big difference just make sure u use new one even i fits just been pushed through vial rubber stop it dulls it quite alot
25g 1" as suggested by a friend .. I was using 22g 1.5 " .. way more comfortable .. now
In my glutes ... I have done delts/biceps in the past .. Quads alway hurt (maybe I need beefier quads)..
Ah, it wasn't bad putting 1.5" in the delt, once it's in, it's all good from there granted you don't hit a nerve. I use a 20g to draw then either a 23 or 25 to pin, just always been easier that way. That way it's always a brand new needle making it much easier to pin
