What do you like for your pre wo drink..Im always switching it up looking for the next best one..I have went from NOexplode to ja3ked to craze with a few more thrown in..I just started with 1MR..seems to be ok.. Only thing is the can is only about 1/4 the way full..

Expand by Dymatize is the cats ass!!!! It has agmitine in it not fckn arginine. Pumps are second to none. Great focus and doesnt make you jittery like that fckn geranium extract shit. I have tried them all and this is hands down the best pre-workout I have ever used. I'm talking about the new dymatize expand 2x

I tried the old one and it sucked so never tried the new. Dymatize is my favorite company for quality/price

5 pills of agmatine sulfate, 10g of citruline mallate, and Explosion. All from Pescription Nutrition.

The old one wasnt as good but I garuntee youll like the new one. Pumps are insane. I see people saying they take this with that and then add something else and even something else. Why spend all that extra money when you could buy 1 supp that pretty much has it all????? I could never afford buying 3 or 4 diff prods just to take pre-workout. Look around my friends. there is no need to to do that.

I'm still using 1MR, but when my anxiety acts up I can't take anything. Holding to get back on MC IGF soon. The pumps alone are enough to get me focused and into training

I've tried every pre workout supp out there as much as anyone here has. I've come to realize that the more the supp has in it the more expensive it is without getting the full benefit of everything inside of it.

No preworkout has the necessity amounts of creatine, citruline malatte, glutamine, aakg, or whatever because if it did it would be ridiculously expensive. I like citruline malatte and I dose it at what studies show works best and same goes with creatine. And trust me, I'm a numbers guy and its much cheaper mixing your own.

I've tried that 1MR before and I thought my face was on fire lol. I did like the pump tho, right now I just got in some explosion and I use IGF so imma try them together today for the first time and see

I use two depending on what training I'm doing. For lifting it's Volatile - Tastes great, 9g actives per scoop, 2 types of creatine, agmatine, citrulline malate, AAKG and others. I have been taking this PWO for about 4 months with no tolerance build up. My dosage is 2 scoops so 16 workouts per tub. On my fitness days I take a BCAA called Endurance. It is your standard 2-1-1 but includes beta alanine and COP.

With any PWO, Intra or post sups do your research.

This is not true my friend. Dymatize puts how much of every ingrediant is in there so there is question what you are getting. Aakg is decent but agmitine is like Aakg on steroids!!!!! Not to mention I've had it with properiety formulas that have hardly any of what they say is in there. I pay $27 for my preworkout that lasts a little over a month. And have found it for $20 just recently

You cant beat the MC IGF for sure. Thats 100% that best but I drink coffee before and have my BCAA about 20 min before. No need to buy anything else IMO

I'm not saying it doesn't list it's ingredients but the amounts you need to take to get the benefit for each ingredient. For example, agmatine sulfate in Expand is 520mg per scoop but one pill is 620mg and the discussions on the best results is anywhere from 3000mg to 7000mg. Not knocking that product at all but short and sweet for me is better, I could care less if they have vitamin c or some beet extract. That's why I won't by Muscle Tech because it's the same thing. Jack3d was great, still is.

mix of citrulline, agmatine, creatine hcl, creatinol-o-phosphate

all from rxwhey.com

Tell me more about Creatinol brotha. I have my cart full and ready to pay but I'm interested in this.

On a side note: I'm doing 250mg of Test/e for over a month and I've added this to my preworkout around the same time and I haven't seen one ounce of strength drop. I actually hit a pr today on incline bench for 12 reps with 110lb db's.
