I like vanilla protein powder, a frozen banana, some canned pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, almond milk and blend. yummmm
Another good one...vanilla protein powder, oats (but I grind them up first), flaxseed (also ground them before adding), peanut butter or PB2, nutella, almond milk, and maybe frozen banana...its been so long since I could eat good food that I forgot. Anyway, blend and enjoy. I have a huge sweet tooth so I'd make these to keep me from eating ice cream
