Seafood is by far my fav source, but tis expensive this side of the pond. I have to say the main intake for me is Turkey breasts, i buy 'em in 1kg frozen packs ... not really all that convienient tho

Also, big n!!! I'd really like to hear more about those ready to eat chicken breasts, I would really like to get something like that; it would honestly reduce the time i spent doing weekly food-prep every sunday night.
I personally eat lots of extra lean ground beef (96/4); i love the stuff, I am a true carnivore. But if I am actually going for a quality meal, there is nothing I like more than a delicious filet mignon or aged porterhouse....my mouth is literally watering just thinking about it :chicken:
