I'm finnaly going up to sportworx to train tomorrow with Chris and I do believe I'm finnaly gna get some progress pics up. I haven't trained at sportworx for awhile, so I'm def gna take it to another level.
its about an 40-45mins away for Zeus to get there....its about 30mins to get there, but I work in the same town...so its just a hop, skip, and jump after work to the gym....
