I'm in the first day of week 6 now. It’s been a little while since I’ve posted an update so here goes.

First day of week 4 I Upped the EQ to 450mg/week
First day of week 5 I started taking anavar 40mg/day
First day of week 5 I upped the EQ to 550mg/week
Third day of week 5 I finished my bottle of winstrol.
So now I’m going to be taking 550mg EQ/week and 40mg anavar /day for the next 4 weeks.

My weight in the past 2 weeks has shot up from a 190-191 to a solid 196lbs.
That’s a total of 9lbs in 4 weeks. Guys, I’m fucking happy.
On top of that, I’m sure my BF has gone down. My belly is almost all gone and I’m starting to see some abs.
Everyone keeps telling me I look so much bigger and so much more cut.
My total mass has gone up only 9 lbs but I’m sure I have gained more weight.
My strength went up really fast in the first 3 weeks and seems to be stabilizing. I have not gotten much stronger in the past week. But I guess this is normal and I’m sure the anavar has not really kicked in yet.

My diet is about 4000cal/day (5-6 meals/day). I try to keep it low fat, medium carb and high protein.
I take between 6 and 8 scoops of protein (22g/scoop)/day
I also started to add a little creatine in my diet once or twice a day just because I have it laying around and I hear that oxandrolone increases phosphocreatine synthesis.
I don't really know if this is really worth it but I assumed it couldn’t hurt.

My training schedule goes a little something like this.
Sunday: Claves, abs and forearms
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Bi's and Tri's
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: OFF
Cardio 5 times a week for 25 minutes

I know lots of you think there should be test in this cycle. Sometimes I do to. But when I look at my over all progress I’m really fucking happy. This is exactly what I wanted and more. I would have been happy with just 10-15 lbs total. But Now I’ve been on for 4 weeks and gained what I was expecting to gain in 8 weeks. I have 4 more to go so chances are I will gain an other 10lbs. I can’t begin to imagine what I would look like now if I would have added some test. Hahahaha. Fuck it. Next cycle will have some test in it for sure. FOR SURE. But for now, I’m really happy with the results.
Let’s hope the last 4 weeks are as good as the first 4.

Also, my friend has some clen laying around. If he gives me a couple of weeks worth
where should I add it in? what would be the optimal time to start it? I know its anticatabolic so would it be good to start it at the same tima as I start my clomid to help keep my gains???
