First time on the Gear - Please help!!

Hey guys... I have a mate who is considering getting on the gear and was hoping some of the veterans here might be able to give me some feed back/advice to pass on.
He said he is taking 2ml dynobol and stacking it with 2ml super test every week for 12 weeks.
I told him to hold back as he is still quite young (21yoa). I'm 25 and still making gains without being on any gear.. but his argument is that he has shit gene's and finding it hard to put on any size etc.
Do any of you know what the above combination will do to him in three months?

i can imagine where he is coming from, whith not being able to put on size and all that, i know for a fact that alot of people have taken other measurement from natural potential to AAS and not being able to gain anything from but just problems...He needs to realize that, whatever everyone's goal is, regardless of gaining or loosing, it really comes down to what you feed your body in terms of Diet. Diet dictates how you will look, yea eat clean and big like an nanimal you will grow like one...He still needs to do more research and try the natural potential he has...Diet is key, Sleeping is where the magic happens,,,and the weight room is where you sculpture yourself after diet is in check....I don't know if he has started or not, he needs to do the research and seriously think about it some...Just my two cents...Btw am 22 and i have done my research on injectable since 2003, i have been holding back for the right time and it's going well right now...
 
Nice reply - and yes I totally agree with you. Deffinately should wait. Would be good to know some more opinions etc.
 
i gotta bump above. get him to look over his diet and get things on track. good protein and good carbs . once he gets this straight if he still isnt gaining then tell him to research research research so he knows what he is putting in his body before he puts it in. he should know what to expect as for positive side affects and negative side affects.

if his training and diet isnt 100% then there is no reason why he should be using any gear.

most important tho is to educate himself on what he;s using .
 
agreed, there is need to rush, only time will tell..Btw have him post his stats, diet, and training routine. I bet it could be the diet, which in my opinion is Essential...
 
Well the question is what will it do, Well he should put on some good size if he eats clean and takes some clomid and hcg after his cycles over. My personal opinion is that D-bol puts on too much water weight. What is this person trying to achieve, If it is size their are better things out there for that.
 
Its all about diet. Diet is the most anabolic susbsatnce you put n your body.

Have him post his stats and his diet as well as his trainin info. Is he getting enough sleep, taking his multi's, drinking enough water, eating every 3 hours, and what is he eating and how much. the questions are endliss

what would you suggest if there are better things out there... lets say if he wants to bulk up
 
in regards to AAS test and deca would put on alot of weight. but for supps i say glutamine a weight gainer a multi vit and some vit c along with alot of good food is gonnamake him grow.

2.5 years of traing
eat 8 times a day i ahve 170grams of protein and 3000 cals a day
i train 4 days a week and train 1 body part a day eg) chest + Tri's

5 sets on major muscles (12, 10, 8, 6, 10)

I weigh 70KG roughly 145lbs my problem is i have gain a little size but my strength has gone through the roof. For me i just want to gain another 10KG and when i'm off the AAS keep the gains and strength.

Diet is the key here, if you up your Calories to let's say 4000-4500 even 5000 then you will gain that weight that you want..It's about the DIET & REST, THAT'S ALL BRO...
 
Whoooooo, how many exercises are you doin??? You do 5 sets per exercise but how many exercises are you doin?? I hope your not doin 3-4 and what exercises are you doin??? Are you doing deads, squats, basically just compound movements instead of isolation exercises. Sounds to me that your starting to hit the wall
 
hmm...I have hard time believing that the calories are high enough. Eventually he'll be eating enough calories and he'll at least just get fatter if not more muscular. lol.

Dial in on diet, and training....then if these two are mastered then try steroids if gains are coming extremely slow or not at all.

Yes to the other poster i do Squats, Deads, Bench compounds movements is the key :D

eating more hmmm it's gonna kill me as i full all day when eating
 
dry drinkin some cals with MRP shakes...N-Large with some ice cream and olive oil can give you 1000cals there...up the cal intake..at 145# you should be able to gain more naturally
